This exclusive country house is situated walking distance to the Port of Andratx, sitting high thus catching amazing views, down to the Port and up the valley.  With it’s own water and large terraced land lends it’s self to a very gorgeous garden, and land scape, enormous pool with all the out door living at hand.  The land has the possibility to make an orchard  beyond the pool area on the lower terraces.  This is a very comfortable country home,  completely re built to a very high standard with all the today systems, the house has a with holding water tank which is filtered osmosis so all the water which is used in the house is filtered.
