This beautiful country house is situated in between the Town of Andratx and the Port of Andratx in a lovely quiet area, walking distance to the Port of Andratx.

As the house sits high on the land, and is also built in such a way, elevated to captivate all the views up and down the valley and up to the mountains, also capturing the breeze in summer making the house very cool.

The large very wide porched terrace which envelopes the house half way around, gives a wonderful summer living space with access to the kitchen and sitting room dining room, with large windows and doors making the interior very light and airy.  On the side of the porched terrace near to the entrance stair way, and entrance hall there is a nice BBQ.  The bedrooms are at the back of the house.

The house has two road entrances, one is the main one with an arched avenue covered with vines so lovely shade in the summer.  The rear entrance allows farm machinery to enter and services.

The house was built by the owner 60 years ago, in rather a colonial style, as the house is built on the first floor.

Under the house on the ground floor there is a large covered area used as parking for 3 cars, there are 2 very large store rooms and another room at the back.

To one side there is a very large summer kitchen party room, with a table made in stone.  This room has been closed off with large windows, so as to be able to be used all year around.

The terrace around the pool is ample for sun beds, there are mature trees giving shade, and a separate BBQ area with a porch and table.  From there once looks down the orchard and entrance.  The house faces south east so sun all winter.

There is central heating through out the house and air con in the some of the bedrooms. and also in the downstairs summer closed kitchen.
