VILLA CALA LLAMP

This amazing Villa, is situated in the middle of the bay of Cala Llamp, hence the open sea views are magnificent.  Built in 2000 in a Mallorca Finca style, but with all the modern and high quality details of today.

There are  various different areas to enjoy the out side living,  all with special features giving a feeling of comfort and style, either by the infinity pool, in the summer sitting room, under the porch, or morning dining room by the kitchen, or evening dining area near to the BBQ.  This house wishes for nothing with a separate guest casita, sauna, full bathroom by the pool discretely placed near also to the whirl pool.  The terraces give a spacious living in shade under the large porch, or lounging by the pool in the sun, always being able to take in sea views with the comings and goings of boats at the Beach club which is walking distance away.

This is a fabulous family home, apart from the spacious interior which flows from a massif designer kitchen across the hall into a vast sitting room which in winter is cosy and warm, and in summer flows out on to the porched terraces.

Behind the kitchen there is a walk in pantry which takes one to the  bodega  set into the rock,  kept at the correct temperature,   Near to the BBQ area there is a walk in store room with fridge and all the necessary to store the outside dining , so all easy to hand. In the store room there are located places for all the out door cushions to be houses neatly.  Past the store room one entres into the family gym with air conditioning.

Off the Master suit wing, there is another ample terrace which looks out to sea, for the private coffee in the morning.

The stairs to access the first floor are wide and easily to use bringing one up to an amazing landing which has been made into a library, office area, with books reaching the roof which is  peaks into a turret with gorgeous visible beams like the rest of the house. The office has a Juliet balcony to take in another glimpse of the view.

The access from the road is good, driving up to a parking area, garage for 2 large cars, pool room, laundry room and boiler room.
