This lovely flat is on the outskirts of the village of Andratx, but walking distance into the centre.  It is on the 2nd floor, with amazing views from each side, One is of the mountains looking west, and the other looking over fields up to the wind mills on the top of Andratx and the old town on the hill, and across the valley.  There is a gated outside parking area, and then under the building there are parking allocated places for each flat.  There are only 8 flats in the building and the community fees are very low, 40,00€ a month including water so the fee could differ for each flat as each flat has a water metre, but the water is included in the community fees.

The entrance hall is ample, leading to the left into a large sitting room with a terrace looking west, the sitting room also has a dining area.  Opposite on the other side of the hall is the large kitchen also with breakfast area, and a laundry area with large windows giving lots of light into the kitchen and view looking up to the old village and the wind mills.

At the end of the corridor there is one large double bedroom on the left looking to the mountains, and to the right there is a family bathroom, the master bedroom en suite and another smaller bedroom, with views to the wind mills.

The area is a very quiet area and with so few flats in the building makes life easy and quiet.
