LARGE REFORMED FAMILY HOUSE IN ANDRATX

This Family home is situated in a quiet area at the top of the Town.  The original house was built in 1920 one of the first houses in Andratx. It was reformed totally into the house it is now, in the 1960’s.  With a few more reforms along the way.

It is close to all the amenities and there is plenty of road parking near by.

With the roof terrace of 78M2 there is a wonderful space for outside living with amazing views from the church, to the wind mills, across the valley and down to the Port of Andratx.  It does have a small area which is covered on all sides with a door out onto the terrace where there is a basin, water, where maybe washing was done, but it would make an amazing summer kitchen as all the amenities are there.  There is also a large sky light with ventilation on all sides which does down to the ground floor where there is an interior patio off the kitchen to be able to have a washing machine  in that space, and also for drying the clothes.

On the first floor on the landing, to the left there is a hall with 2 bedrooms with fitted cupboards, to the right of the landing, there is another hall with 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.  At the end of the hall there is a space with the stairs going up to the rood terrace and covered area with a sink, and water.

The house is set back into the old part of the Town up high, which is a protected area at the moment, which means that the house can be altered inside, but not made any bigger the foot print.
