This beautiful house, very unique, special, is the first SEAGULL designs from the architect Alberto Rubio.

The property sits high behind the club de vela, enabling to have amazing views across to the Port, to the outer harbour and out to sea, and across the valley.  From every angle of the house from every window there is the amazing view.  The property is walking distance to the Port, and the club.

Entering the property on the road level there is a double garage.  The door into the property is set back from the road so as to be able to park the car off the road under the terrace upstairs.  Entering the property up a few steps, taking one through the garden, and with a bridge over the pool, one comes to covered porches with high beamed ceilings, and open terraces.  To the left one enters the house and takes in the massive sitting room which is raised, with a unique fire place between 2 pillars.  continuing  one comes to the very modern kitchen and dining area with large sliding doors on to the terrace around the pool.

Past the kitchen area, there is a laundry room, and past that there are 2 bedrooms, one en suit and the other the bathroom is across the passage way.  All have doors opening out on to the terrace and pool.

The main house has a central air conditioning unit, but each bedroom has individual units.

The house has been modified inside with lovely light tiled floor, a modern kitchen, and shutter blinds on all exterior windows, for a secure lock up and go.  All windows are double glazed.  The railings on the terraces are glass so as not to interrupt the views.
