RUSTIC HOUSE

This rustic house is situated to the north of Andratx village, in a valley with views to the mountains, and down the land.  Facing south/ west, there is sun all day, The house needs total reform, but could be made into a small family home.

The entrance is good there are 2 gates to get into the property, one is for both this house and the next door neighbour then there is the second one to the property.  Entering on the right there is a well which pumps automatically water to a large with holding tank on the other side of the house as a back up for water, and irrigation for the land.  The well has never run dry.

Driving in there is plenty of parking space especially in summer as there is an enormous fig tree to give the cars shade.  From the car park, you walk up to the end of the house, on a flat path.  You come to the house which is stone clad, to a lovely covered porch, closed on two sides.

The house is built with the back wall against the stone wall of the terrace behind, therefore the house is long and narrow, as it is only on one floor.  One enters into the sitting room,/dinning room space, which also could be a study.  The area is all open plan, leading into the kitchen at the end where there is the second well water.  The kitchen looks out on to covered porch.

The sitting room with a large fire place, sits in the middle of the house, so on the left hand side there are the two double bedrooms and en suit bathrooms.  All the rooms look out over the land which is infant of the house.  The land is basically flat land, with a small slope to a lower bancal, terrace of land.

Looking up from the bottom of the land to the house on the left there are 2 very large out houses and a big bread over.  Beyond this point there is the covered with holding water tank.

The house has electricity and of course it’s own water.

The land has fruit trees, Almonds, and a few Fig trees.
