This lovely property sits between S’Arraco and San Telmo but infect much nearer to S’Arraco   It is situated in it’s own wooded land, at the back and with many bancales in front  of the house allowing a lovely view of the valley from the terrace off the sitting room.  With an abundance of own water, this house is unique.  on the ground floor there is a large garage, which is the whole of the foot print of the house, as the house is built on the side of a hill. Half the garage space is a water catchment tank which is not only fed from the roof of the house but also water is pumped from the well into the tank.

Walking up some stone steps one arrives at the front door, where upon there is a nice hall, to the left is a corridor and off this is the bathroom, and at the end there is the master bedroom with amazing views across the valley and to the mountains. The access is fine, and private.  The location is very quiet but with a few neighbours around, but the house has total privacy.  An above ground pool would be allowed, as t his is rustic land.
