This beautiful house, is one of the first summer houses built, in the Port of Andratx.  It has easy access drive in and parking for 5 cars.  There is a large terrace at the back of the house off the parking area, and there is the front door.

On entering there is the kitchen on the right, and a bedroom on the left.  walking into a lovely space which is the dining room, off the dining room is the full family bathroom. to the other side of the dining room there is the 2nd bedroom, with a window into the gulley which belongs to the house separating the two houses, which from the front look like one,  Off the terrace down some steps there is the laundry room and the gulley runs all the bay to the wall of the master bedroom at the front of the house, where one could made a window.

Leaving the dining room there is the sitting room opening out on to the front terrace with access down some steps to the large plot of land infant of the house, where one could build a pool.

The house can be enlarged but the facade part of the house can not be touched, so over half the house at the back either can go up or the house can be extended at the back where the back terrace is or some of it.

The views are open, down towards the church and across to the mountains.
